FEATURES & BENEFITS
Product is mixed with Portland or White Cement prior to application.
As Waterproofer
  • Flexible - moves with any movements, sway and vibrations of the building.
  • Elastomeric - stretches to cover cracks that develop after application of the Liquid Bond, with a water impenetrable membrane.
  • Choice of colors as applied:
    Gray - with Portland Cement.
    White - with White Cement.
    Any Color - with White Cement then tinted with Sinclair or Destiny tinting color.
As Adhesive
  • Very strong adhesion - even for porcelain finished tile-to-tile.
  • No need to remove old tiles in bathroom when retiling. Just apply over the existing tiles.
As Mortar Patch
  • Strong and waterproof mortar for hollow blocks and bricks.
As Cement Plaster Additive
  • May be mixed with cement plaster mixture in lieu of plain water to cure to a waterproof and sealing plaster.
  • Plasters adhere better to the bare poured concrete or hollow block surface.
  • Minimizes the need to apply putty on the plastered surface prior to applying paint.
PRACTICAL USE
  • As Waterproofer - Mix with Portland or White Cement at 2 kg per liter of Liquid Bond.
  • Apply by brush (2 coats).
  • May be topped with:
    a.) Concrete Topping.
    b.) Tiles.
    c.) Triple-X Chlorinated Rubber-based Paint.
    d.) Bare (for non-foot traffic surfaces).
  • As Adhesive - Mix with Portland Cement at 1.5 kg per liter of Liquid Bond.
    - Apply on clean surfaces, about 1/16 inch thick by trowel, one square meter at a time, then attach new tiles.
  • As Mortar Patch - Mix with Portland Cement at 1.5 kg per liter of Liquid Bond. Apply on hollow block surface as thick as necessary by trowel before mounting new block.

  • 1 liter, 4 liter and 16 liter.

  • 18 Epoprime - as Primer.
  • DP-100 Series - Triple-X Chlorinated Rubber Paint as Topcoat.
